This extra virgin olive oil is obtained entirely from Tuscan PGI olives.

We only use premium olive cultivars such as Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, Pendolino, Rossellino and Piangente. These olives are grown with integrated farming techniques between the months of October and December and cold-pressed using a mechanical crusher.

With a view to flexible and tailor-made production, we offer customized blends and different sizes, able to meet every need.

Our Tuscan PGI oil is a pleasure for all the senses. It is clear in color, with shades ranging from green to yellow-gold. It is characterized by its fruity scent, accompanied by hints of almond, artichoke, ripe fruit and green leaves. This wonderful picture wouldn’t be complete without mentioning its fruity flavor, enriched by pleasant bitter and spicy sensations, with an acidity of less than 0.5%.
