Olive pomace oil, also known as pitted oil, is a very high-quality product. Olives come from central Sicily and belong to Nocellara del Belice variety: their pomace is separated from the olive stone within twelve hours of harvesting. Cold extraction then takes place in a continuous cycle and is followed by natural decantation.

As a result, we can offer a unique dressing, characterized by many delicate shades, and always customizable according to need. Similarly, we can customize the bottle and the packaging with unique and specific solutions.

Our Olive pomace oil is characterized by a very high density and a very intense golden-yellow color. Thanks to the particular extraction process, this oil has a delicately spicy and floral flavor, enriched by a faint hint of olive and softened by a marked creaminess.
